These one-on-one personalized sessions start with a health assessment and cover nutritional protocols (physical, mental and spiritual) as well as diet and lifestyle guidance. Our ultimate goal is to get to the root cause to restore balance and wellness.
We will meet in a small group (no more than six people) to work collaboratively on achieving wellness goals.
These 90 minute Zoom workshops will be offered to address specific health topics. This will NOT be medical advice but rather a sharing of information that is practical and relevant.
